Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using ReminderAlarm ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the App
ReminderAlarm is a general-purpose reminder and alarm application that allows users to set custom, scheduled, and repeating reminders for any purpose they choose (e.g. tasks, appointments, personal notes).
ReminderAlarm is not a medical device, health application, or diagnostic tool. It does not provide medical advice, dosage recommendations, or health monitoring of any kind. Any use of the App for personal medication reminders is at the user's own discretion and risk, and the App is not designed, marketed, or intended for medical adherence tracking.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App.

3. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content you enter into reminders. - You are responsible for verifying that reminder notifications are delivered reliably on your device (e.g. by disabling battery optimisation for the App if needed), as delivery may be affected by device manufacturer settings, OS restrictions, or network conditions.
-You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose.

4. No Medical Advice Disclaimer
The App does not offer, and should not be relied upon for, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you choose to use the App's generic reminder feature for personal medication reminders, you do so entirely at your own risk. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding medical decisions, and do not rely solely on this App for time-critical medication adherence.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any missed, delayed, or failed reminder notifications, or for any consequences - including health-related consequences - arising from reliance on the App for time-sensitive reminders of any kind.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the App are owned by the Developer unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

7. Changes to the App and Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also revise these Terms periodically; continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
